- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and ginger in a paper bag.

2Add chicken and shake to coat well.

3Melt butter or margarine in a large, shallow pan.

4Roll the chicken in the melted butter to coat well then arrange in a shallow casserole (don't pour on extra butter). Bake, uncovered, in hot oven at 375° for 20 minutes or until beginning to turn golden.
