  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Curry (powder)
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 300 grams chickpeas

Directions

    In a small pan, heat the olive oil at low heat and add the onion.

    When the onion starts getting transparent, add the garlic, curry, salt and pepper.

    Mix ingredients and let cook for a minute.

    Turn up the heat and add chickpeas.

    Cook for 2 minutes.
