- 4 firm bananas, peeled
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 cups crushed Cornflakes
- Sugar for sprinkling (optional)
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 450°.

2Half the bananas lengthwise, then crosswise.

3In a bowl, mix the melted butter and the curry powder. Dip the bananas in butter mixture.

4Roll in the cornflakes until completely coated and sprinkle with sugar, if desired.

5Place the bananas in a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
