Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2/3 cups Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Melt butter in milk, about 1 minute in microwave (105-110F)

    Add Yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile in a different bowl mix flour, curry and salt

    Add together liquid and dry ingredients, and knead until combined, adding extra flour if needed

    Let rise for 20 mins.

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Punch down the dough and divide into 6 rolls

    Let rise 15 mins on a baking sheet

    Brush with milk and bake for 15 mins at 400F
