- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2/3 cups Milk
- 2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Directions

1Melt butter in milk, about 1 minute in microwave (105-110F)

2Add Yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.

3Meanwhile in a different bowl mix flour, curry and salt

4Add together liquid and dry ingredients, and knead until combined, adding extra flour if needed

5Let rise for 20 mins.

6Preheat oven to 400F.

7Punch down the dough and divide into 6 rolls

8Let rise 15 mins on a baking sheet

9Brush with milk and bake for 15 mins at 400F
