- 1 pt. mayo (can use nonfat)
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. grated onion (can use dry moistened with a little water)
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp. curry powder (can use more if you like)
- 7 to 9 drops Tabasco
- dash of salt (optional)
Directions

1Put all ingredients into blender.

2Blend until smooth and mixed thoroughly.

3Cover and chill well.

4Keeps very well for several weeks.

5Use as a dip for veggies or over baked potato instead of sour cream.
