  • 1 pt. mayo (can use nonfat)
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 Tbsp. grated onion (can use dry moistened with a little water)
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 tsp. curry powder (can use more if you like)
  • 7 to 9 drops Tabasco
  • dash of salt (optional)

Directions

    Put all ingredients into blender.

    Blend until smooth and mixed thoroughly.

    Cover and chill well.

    Keeps very well for several weeks.

    Use as a dip for veggies or over baked potato instead of sour cream.

    Delicious over cold poached salmon!
