- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Rinse chicken and pat dry.

2Place 1 piece of chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap.

3Working from center to the edges, pound lightly to 1/4-inch thickness.

4Remove plastic wrap and repeat with remaining chicken.

5Preheat oven to 375°.

6Place margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.

7Place in oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until margarine is melted.

8Stir in honey, mustard, curry powder and salt.

9Place chicken in dish.

10Turn once to coat.

11Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.

12Turn chicken over.
-
13Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until done.

14Serve with rice.
