Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Place all ingredients in blender.

    Mix on high for 2 minutes.

    Scrape sides of blender occasionally.

    Store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
