Ingredients
- 2 Basic pizza dough (27 cm)
- 50 grams Ground beef and pork mix
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1/4 medium Carrot
- 1 medium Potato
- 1 about 10 slices Sliced mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Frozen corn kernels
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
- 1 block Store-bought curry roux
- 1 Pizza cheese
Directions

1Dice the onion, carrot and garlic.

2Cut the potato into 5 mm cubes.

3Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

4Tilt the pan and fry the garlic until the aroma is released, taking care not to burn it.

5Fry the ground meat and vegetables, then add the red wine, water, ketchup and soup stock granules.

6Keep frying until the potatoes are soft.

7Finally add the curry roux and bring to a boil.

8It should thicken.

9In my house, we also use this for making curry bread.

10Chill it and roll it into balls, and then wrap with the pizza dough.

11You can make curry bread!

12Place on basic pizza dough.

13Top with cheese and place in the oven.

14In my oven, it takes 10-11 minutes at 300C (stone oven mode).

15It is lacking in a little green colour, isn't it.

16It will look even better with mixed vegetables or asparagus.
