- 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chutney
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt
- paprika
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Remove yolks and place in a bowl; set whites aside.

3Add mayonnaise, sour cream, curry, cayenne, chutney and salt to bowl with yolks; blend until smooth with an electric mixer.

4Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.

5Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

6Refrigerate until ready to serve.
