- 1 gal. milk
- 3 c. sugar
- 12 eggs
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat milk in double boiler.

2Let almost boil.

3Add sugar gradually while stirring.

4Beat eggs in blender and add some of the hot milk to eggs, then add egg mixture to hot milk.

5Cook until custard coats the spoon.

6Remove from heat and let cool slightly and add vanilla and salt.
