- 4 c. mochi flour (mochiko)
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cube butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients first. Gradually add liquids to dry ingredients.

2Add butter last.

3Mix slowly from the bottom so that it won't be so lumpy.

4Grease two 9 x 13-inch pans.

5Use half of the recipe for one pan.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
