- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Prepare pie shell.

3Beat eggs slightly; beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.

4Mix real good.

5Pour into crust.

6If you like, sprinkle a little cinnamon over top of pie. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

7Reduce temperature to 350°.

8Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
