  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk (boiling hot)
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs; blend in sugar, flour and salt and stir in boiling water.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
