  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Scald milk; add sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.

    Gradually pour over slightly beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
