  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or to taste
  • homemade or deep dish pie crust

Directions

    Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla together well.

    Pour into pie crust and add enough milk to fill pie crust.

    Sprinkle mixture with nutmeg.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and then 300° until done.

    (Done if table knife inserted comes out clean.)
