  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 uncooked pie shell

Directions

    Cream sugar, flour and butter together.

    Beat in eggs 1 at a time.

    Add sweet milk, salt and vanilla.

    Pour into uncooked pie shell.

    Bake 10 minutes at 450°; reduce heat to 350° and finish baking.

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
