- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 c. hot water
- 4 eggs
- pinch of salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Dilute milk with hot water.

2Beat eggs very slightly and add to milk.

3Add salt and vanilla.

4Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.

5Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

6This custard will never get runny or weep if you beat the eggs very slightly.
