  • 1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can blueberry pie mix
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients; place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Mix together next 3 ingredients smoothly, pour over crumb crust; bake at 350° for 20 minutes; cool.

    Mix berry mix and juice. Spread on baked cake.

    Spread Cool Whip or whipped cream on top; refrigerate overnight.
