- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. rice, cooked
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. milk, scalded
Directions

1Heat oven to 350° (moderate).

2Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla slightly to mix.

3Stir in the scalded milk.

4Add this to the rice.

5Stir well.

6Pour in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

7Set this in a pan of water 1-inch deep.

8Bake 1 hour.

9Serve warm with cream.
