- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 - 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Heat lowfat milk over medium heat till it forms a skim on it.

2Beat Large eggs well, add in sugar, vanilla and salt.

3Then add in to hot lowfat milk.

4Pour into buttered c., set into pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees till hard.

5Don't let water boil around the custards.
