Ingredients

  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 3/4 - 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Heat lowfat milk over medium heat till it forms a skim on it.

    Beat Large eggs well, add in sugar, vanilla and salt.

    Then add in to hot lowfat milk.

    Pour into buttered c., set into pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees till hard.

    Don't let water boil around the custards.
