  • 2 pkg. or 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 5 1/4 c. flour
