- 3/4 c. any leftover cooked meat (chicken, sausage, beef, etc.)
- 1/4 c. any type cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- dried tomatoes (optional)
- fresh jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Slit peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.

2Leave stem on. Combine other ingredients in food processor and then stuff peppers with this mixture.

3Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until peppers are tender.

4Serve with Ranch dressing to dip in.
