  • 3/4 c. any leftover cooked meat (chicken, sausage, beef, etc.)
  • 1/4 c. any type cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • dried tomatoes (optional)
  • fresh jalapeno peppers

Directions

    Slit peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.

    Leave stem on. Combine other ingredients in food processor and then stuff peppers with this mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until peppers are tender.

    Serve with Ranch dressing to dip in.
