- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. boiling water
Directions

1Mix first half same as angel food cake and place in bottom of tube pan.

2For second half, beat egg yolks and sugar together. Add flour and baking powder alternately with hot water.

3Add vanilla.

4Pour on top of white and bake at 325° to 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
