Ingredients

  • 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • about 1 Tsp. Tuscan herbs blend
  • (rosemary,sage,thyme,basil)
  • a couple sprinkles of fresh ground pepper
  • Spinach Leaves
  • 5-6 Small(2-3inch pieces) grilled chicken strips
  • (pre-cooked usually in the frozen foods section)
  • Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • Thinly sliced zucchini (5-6 slices)
  • 1 8inch pita flatbread

    1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

    2. Mix garlic,olive oil,herb blend and pepper in a small bowl

    3. with a spoon spread mixture over pita until evenly coated
  4. 4
    (there should be a little oil mixture remaining, if not make more!)

    4. evenly place zucchini on pita and drizzle a small amount of oil on each peice.

    5. cover pita with spinich leaves.

    6. place chicken pieces over leaves and sprinkle the goat cheese crumbles over that.

    7. gently drizzle remaining oil mixture over the whole pita.

    8. put on oven stone in oven for 10-12min or until edges are golden brown.

    9. cut into wedges and enjoy!
