  • 4 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 7/8 cup margarine

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Grease a rectangular pan with margarine.

    Beat the eggs and sugar until whitish.

    Soften the margarine in the microwave and add. Beat again.

    Finally, alternately add the milk and the flour. When the mixture is homogeneous, pour into the pan, and bake for about 1 hour.

    If the cheesecake begins to blush too quickly, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil. Avoid opening the oven door before 40 minutes. Check the cooking with a toothpick. Remove from oven, and let cool in the pan.
