- 8 c. chopped Damsons
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water and sugar
Directions

1Wash, drain, seed and chop Damsons.

2Then measure.

3Add water and sugar. Bring to boil. Cook to jellying point.

4Put into hot jars and seal at once.

5I always seed my Damsons.

6I test the juice in a saucer and when it gets as thick as I want it, I put into jars. I like the juice to jell.
