Dandelion Jelly

  • 2 c. dandelion blossoms
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fruit pectin
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Wash blossoms well and remove stems.

    Boil 3 minutes in water and strain.

    Add pectin and lemon juice and bring to a rolling boil.
  4. 4
    Stir in sugar and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
