- 4 qt. dandelion flowers, freshly picked
- 4 qt. boiling water
- juice of 1 lemon
- rind of 1 lemon, sliced
- juice of 2 oranges
- rind of 2 oranges, sliced
- 4 lb. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. yeast or 1/2 cake yeast
Directions

1Pour boiling water over flowers.

2Let stand 24 hours.

3Drain flowers; boil liquid.

4Bring to a simmer for 20 minutes.

5When cool, add the lemon juice and rind.

6Add the orange juice and rind. Add sugar and yeast.

7Let stand one week, then strain and bottle, but do not put the cork in tight.

8Enjoy.
