  • 12 cup water
  • 14 cup butter
  • 12 cup rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Directions

    In a saucepan, combine water and butter, cook till butter is melted.

    Add the flour, baking powder, and salt all at once, stirring vigorously.

    Cook stirring constantly, till mixture forms a ball that does not seperate.

    Remove from heat and cool slightly.

    Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Stir in parsley.

    Drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into hot soup.

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
