- 12 cup water
- 14 cup butter
- 12 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine water and butter, cook till butter is melted.

2Add the flour, baking powder, and salt all at once, stirring vigorously.

3Cook stirring constantly, till mixture forms a ball that does not seperate.

4Remove from heat and cool slightly.

5Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

6Stir in parsley.

7Drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into hot soup.

8Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
