  • 2 sticks oleomargarine
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 box white raisins
  • 2 c. black walnuts
  • 1 lb. candied fruit

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar. Mix eggs, flour, soda and salt. Combine with sugar mixture. Add buttermilk, orange juice, coconut, raisins, nuts and fruit. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
