- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs, one at a time.

2Alternate flour and baking powder together.

3Add 1/2 flour and 1/2 milk, beat well and repeat.

4Fill muffin forms 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes on middle rack in oven.

5Cool on wire rack.
