  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs, one at a time.

    Alternate flour and baking powder together.

    Add 1/2 flour and 1/2 milk, beat well and repeat.

    Fill muffin forms 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes on middle rack in oven.

    Cool on wire rack.
