- 1 large head green cabbage
- 1 lb. ground veal
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/3 c. margarine
Directions

1Mix ground veal and pork with other ingredients.

2Roll stuffing in blanched cabbage leaves.

3Cook in salted water until tender, about 25 minutes.

4Brown cracker crumbs in butter and sprinkle over top of cabbage rolls after they have been placed on the platter for serving.
