  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 pound dark chocolate for cooking
  • 2 cups ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup potato starch or rice/tapioca flour
  • 10 couverture ounzes, for chocolate coating

Directions

    Slowly melt butter and chocolate at a low temperature and cool off.

    Mix eggs and sugar until sugar dissolves- add nuts, almonds, flour/starch.

    Add the cooled chocolate butter to the rest.

    Use a brownie pan, if you have one, and lay out some baking paper.

    Fill pan with (about 1/2 inch deep) of batter.

    Bake at 350° for about 25-30 minutes.
