  • 8 oz butter/margarine
  • 8 oz caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz self raising flour
  • 20 squares dark chocolate, melted

    Cream the butter and sugar together

    Whisk eggs in a separate bowl

    Measure flour out and alternately add in small amounts of egg and flour until all of the egg has gone

    Now sieve in the remaining flour and melted chocolate.

    Make sure it is well mixed in

    Put in the oven at 180c for 45 minutes
