  • 1 double boiler or microwave
  • 1 parchment paper or non stick foil

    cook bacon in microwave or broil.

    drain on paper towel.

    let cool.

    dip in melted choclate coating completely.

    place on parchment or foil and l place in freezer for 2 min to set choclate.

    remove from freezer.

    enjoy over a salad with raspberry vinigrette
