  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix eggs, sugar and dates in bowl.

    Melt butter; add to eggs, sugar and dates.

    Cook in electric skillet at 300° for 6 minutes, stirring continuously.

    Pour over Rice Krispies.

    Add coconut, vanilla and nuts.

    Make in balls and roll in coconut.
