- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lb. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix eggs, sugar and dates in bowl.

2Melt butter; add to eggs, sugar and dates.

3Cook in electric skillet at 300° for 6 minutes, stirring continuously.

4Pour over Rice Krispies.

5Add coconut, vanilla and nuts.

6Make in balls and roll in coconut.
