- 2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Cook margarine, sugar and dates over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.

4Add 2 cups Rice Krispies and 1 cup chopped nuts.

5Let cool.

6Roll into small balls in confectioners sugar. Makes approximately 3 dozen.
