- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small pkg. chopped dates
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3 c. dry Rice Krispies
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together; cook for 10 minutes on low heat (slow boil stage).

2Easy to scorch; stir often.

3Remove from heat.

4Add the Rice Krispies.

5Chill mixture.

6Shape into balls (size of walnut).

7Roll in powdered sugar.
