  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can eagle brand milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box ritz crackers

Directions

    Combine date & milk in boiler.

    Cook until thick.

    Remove and stir in pecans.

    Spread on crackers.

    Bake 6-7 minutes in 325 degree oven.

    Mix cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla.

    Spread on cooled ritz crackers.
