- 1 c. chopped dates
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. coconut (Angel Flake)
Directions

1Combine dates, butter and sugar in a saucepan.

2Cook until blended well (about 5 minutes).

3Mixture will become clear.

4Let cool slightly.

5Remove from heat.

6Add orange juice, nuts and Rice Krispies.

7When mixture is cool enough to handle, form into balls the size of walnuts and roll in coconut (Angel Flake).

8Makes 24 balls.
