- 2 Tbsp. coffee cream (half and half)
- 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put eggs, sugar and cream into mixing bowl.

2Beat until creamy. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to nuts and dates.

3Stir until nuts and dates are covered with batter. Turn into greased baking dish and bake in slow oven at 250° to 275° about 50 minutes.

4Serve with whipped cream.
