  • 8 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3 oz instant vanilla pudding or french vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg + a little more for sprinkling as garnish
  • 2 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions

    in a bowl add 1 cup of milk and the pudding, blend well to dissolve all pudding granules

    in a blender, blend 7 cups milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg for 30 seconds

    add the thickened pudding, blend 60 seconds more

    pour into a pitcher, chill well
