  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger (chuck)
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Place bacon in bottom of pan first.

    Layer hamburger, season, sliced potatoes, season, then add green beans and season.

    Heat on high until bacon sizzles, then turn heat down to simmer and cook for 1 hour.

    Cover.

    Add shredded cheese last. Let melt.
