  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sweet basil dried
  • 1/4 tsp whole leaf oregano
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 oz cooking wine, white

    Sautee butter and fresh garlic

    Add wine and cook for a couple minutes.

    Reduce sauce until it is a creamy consistency.
