  • 14 cup dates, pitted and soaked
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 14 avocados, chopped (should make 3/4 cup)
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Directions

    Blend the 1/4 cup water, dates, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

    Add avocado and coca and blend until creamy.

    Add the remaining water and process for another 30 seconds or so.
