  • 4 pork chops
  • 6 -8 potatoes
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions

    spray a 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray.

    slice potatoes and lay in the bottom of the pan.

    lay pork chops on top of potatoes.

    pour soup over potatoes and chops.

    sprinkle with onion soup mix.

    cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
