  • 3 or 4 bananas, sliced
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with syrup
  • 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Directions

    Beat brown sugar and eggs together.

    Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt to mixture.

    Fold dates and nuts in.

    Bake at 350° in a cookie sheet for 30 minutes (or less).
