  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick (1/2 c.) soft butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar, sifted

Directions

    Blend cake mix, butter and 2 eggs until smooth.

    Spread into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch oven-safe pan.

    Beat well the cream cheese, powdered sugar and remaining 2 eggs.

    Spread on top of cake mixture.

    Bake at 350° (325° for glass pans) for 35 minutes.
