Ingredients: 1 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour; 2 c. sugar; 3/4 c. cocoa; 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda; 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. salt; 2 eggs; 1 c. milk; 1/2 c. vegetable oil; 2 tsp. vanilla; 1 c. boiling water

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl.

Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.

Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

Stir in boiling water; batter will be thin.

Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes clean.

Frost with Fudge Icing.
