- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter well.

2Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

3Add flour and salt, then milk and vanilla.

4Stir in coconut.

5Pour into well buttered pie plate.

6Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.

7Turn off oven and let set 10 minutes in oven.
